François Gauthier, notaire et ancien avocat, est notaire associé de Lasaygues, qu’il a rejoint en 2004. Il a été nommé notaire en 2011 puis notaire associé.
Ses domaines d’expertise couvrent à la fois le financement structuré (immobilier, projets) et l’immobilier d’entreprise (promotion, cession et acquisition d’immeubles).

Diplômé en droit des affaires à l’université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (DESS Droit des affaires et fiscalité), il est en outre habilité par le Conseil des Ventes à organiser des ventes volontaires de meubles aux enchères publiques. Il enseigne également au sein du Master Droit du financement et des investissements immobiliers de l’université Cergy-Paris.

Ses domaines de spécialisation couvrent à titre principal le financement immobilier (financement structuré, financement paneuropéen, refinancement, financement promoteur mais aussi financements alternatifs et emprunts obligataires). Anne-Laure intervient également régulièrement en matière d’investissement immobilier.

Hubert de Vaulgrenant est notaire associé de Lasaygues, office qu’il a rejoint en 2003.
Il a été nommé Notaire en 2005 puis notaire associé.
Depuis son association, il a, aux côtés de Didier Lasaygues associé fondateur, contribué au développement et l’évolution de l’office.

Hubert de Vaulgrenant is a partner notary at Lasaygues, an office he joined in 2003. He was appointed as a Notary in 2005 and later became a partner notary. Since his association, alongside Didier Lasaygues, the founding associate, he has contributed to the development and evolution of the office.
His areas of specialization include construction law, real estate development, general real estate transactions, and real estate financing, including Islamic financing. He possesses recognized expertise in banking structuring and the law of movable and immovable securities. Hubert is also regularly involved in trust structuring.
Hubert is graduated from the University Paris V, Paris-Descartes, and the University Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Before joining Lasaygues notary office, Hubert worked for twelve years in a Parisian firm, serving as an assistant notary and advising large institutional clients.

Alexandre Baikalov a rejoint Lasaygues en 2008. Il est titulaire d’un Master 2 en droit anglo-américain des affaires (Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), d’un Master 2 de droit notarial (Université de Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, 2014). Ses domaines de spécialisation couvrent notamment le financement des portefeuilles verts (éolien et photovoltaïque) et le conseil de clientèle étrangère dans le cadre d’opérations immobilières. Alexandre a été nommé notaire en 2020.

Elle est également lauréate du concours d’admission aux fonctions de notaire dans le ressort des cours d’appel de Colmar et de Metz.

Linda BOZETTI HEURTEVENT is an associated notary member of Le Groupe Lasaygues, a position she has held since December 2018. She was appointed as a notary on February 1, 2017. After having taught at university for five years, Sophie Cascales joined the Lasaygues Notary Office in 2006 and was named notary lawyer in 2017. She is now a partner.
She is involved in various domains regarding commercial real estate (acquisition, sale, and financing), and she specializes in issues related to public law, including development, urban planning law, environmental law and administrative property law. Sophie is also actively involved in the field of property in regards to the healthcare sector, in which she has developed an acknowledged experience.
Sophie holds  Graduate  Diplomas from the  Université Paris II, Panthéon-Assas and the Université Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Sophie also worked for various notary offices in Paris (Alexandre, Dechin & Devriendt, 14 Pyramides, Cheuvreux et Chardon, Tarrade & Associés) between 2011 and 2017, before joining Lasaygues.A native French speaker, Sophie also speaks English.

Alexia MINVIELLE a rejoint Aix Mistral Notaires en 2024 et a été nommée notaire la même année. Alexia est diplômée de l’Université Paris II, Panthéon-Assas et de l’Université de Dauphine.

Avant de rejoindre Aix Mistral Notaires, Alexia a travaillé dans des études de notaires à Paris, avant de se spécialiser en gestion de patrimoine et d’intégrer l’UNOFI en qualité de juriste fiscaliste patrimonial puis en family office en qualité d’ingénieur patrimonial.

Alexia MINVIELLE joined Aix Mistral Notaires in 2024 et was appointed notary the same year. She mainly intervenes in business transfers, wealth planning, real estate structuring, drafting of life insurance beneficiary clauses, etc.
Alexia graduated from the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas and the University of Dauphine.

Before joining Aix Mistral Notaires, Alexia worked in notary offices in Paris and then specialised in wealth management, joining UNOFI as a wealth tax lawyer, and later a family office as a wealth planner.
