Alexandre Baikalov a rejoint Lasaygues en 2008. Il est titulaire d’un Master 2 en droit anglo-américain des affaires (Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), d’un Master 2 de droit notarial (Université de Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, 2014). Ses domaines de spécialisation couvrent notamment le financement des portefeuilles verts (éolien et photovoltaïque) et le conseil de clientèle étrangère dans le cadre d’opérations immobilières. Alexandre a été nommé notaire en 2020.
Avant de rejoindre Lasaygues, Alexandre a travaillé au sein des cabinets Clifford Chance Luxembourg (banking regulatory), Linklaters Paris (investment management), Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Paris (arbitrage international) et au sein du service des relations internationales auprès du Premier Président la Cour de cassation (gestion des réseaux judiciaires européens, collaboration avec la CJCE à Luxembourg).
De langue maternelle russe, Alexandre parle couramment français, allemand, anglais, roumain et luxembourgeois.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Studies of Anglo-American Business Law (Research Master) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Graduate Diploma of Notarial Law (University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, 2014) and is preparing a thesis on comparative law. Alexandre was named notary lawyer in 2020.
Before joining the Notary Office Lasaygues, Alexandre worked at the International Relations Department of the First President of the French Supreme Judicial Court, the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris (international arbitration), Linklaters in Paris (investment management) and Clifford Chance in Luxemburg (banking).
A native Russian speaker, Alexandre Baikalov is fluent in English, German, French and Roumanian, as well as having a working knowledge of Luxembourgish.

Er ist diplomiert in Anglo-Amerikanischem Wirtschaftsrecht und notariellen Rechtswissenschaften. Alexandre wurde 2020 zum Notar ernannt.
Vor seiner Mitarbeit in unserem Notariat arbeitete er für den Vorsitzenden des franz. Kassationshof im Bereich internationale Beziehungen, sowie im Bereich Schiedsgerichtsverfahren für die Anwaltskanzleien Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Linklater und Clifford Chance.
Er ist spezialisiert auf den Erwerb, die Übertragung und das Finanzieren von Immobilienaktiva sowie Projektfinanzierungen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien.
Alexandre spricht Russich (Muttersprache), Französisch, Deutsch, Englisch, Rumänisch und Luxemburgisch.
