Céline Payen a rejoint Lasaygues en 2016 et a été nommée notaire en 2024.
Elle intervient principalement en matière d’investissement et de financement immobilier.
Céline est titulaire du Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat (CFPN de Paris). Elle est également diplômée d’un Master 2-Construction-Urbanisme-Contrats (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2012) et d’un Master 2 de Droit Notarial (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, 2013).
Avant de rejoindre l’Étude Lasaygues, Céline a travaillé pendant trois ans au sein de l’étude LEXFAIR (75).
De langue maternelle française, Céline parle anglais.

Céline holds the Advanced Diploma in Notarial Law (CFPN of Paris). She also graduated with a Master’s degree in Construction-Urban Planning-Contracts (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2012), and a Master’s degree in Notarial Law (University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, 2013).
Before joining Lasaygues, Céline worked for three years at LEXFAIR notary office (Paris 75).
A native French speaker, Céline speaks English.
