Lélia Penven a rejoint Lasaygues en 2002 et a été nommée notaire salariée en 2016 et notaire associée en 2019.
Ses domaines de spécialisation couvrent les différents aspects de l’immobilier d’entreprise (acquisition, cession, portefeuille et financement). A titre particulier, Lélia dispose d’une riche expérience en matière d’hôtellerie (fonds et murs)
Lélia est diplômée des universités de La Rochelle et Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Lélia a obtenu la qualification de Chartered Surveyor délivrée par la Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) et détient le titre de MRICS.
Avant de rejoindre Lasaygues, Lélia a travaillé en Chine pour Alcatel China Investment.
De langue maternelle française, Lélia parle anglais.
Lelia Penven joined the Notary Office Lasaygues in 2002 and was named notary in 2016 and partner in 2019. Her areas of specialisation include the acquisition, transfer and financing of real estate assets (acquisition, sale and financing). In particular, Lélia has a large experience in the hotel business (business and walls).
Lelia Penven holds a Graduate Diploma of Notarial Law (University PARIS II, 2009) and a Graduate Diploma in International Business Law (University of La Rochelle, 2001). She qualified as a notary in 2011.
