In the context of the sale of the Axe Etoile building, located in Nanterre, Etude Lasaygues, through Maître Lélia PENVEN, advised CATALYST CAPITAL on the sale. Etude Lasaygues, through Maître François GAUTHIER, also advised CHEYNE, as lender, for the setting up of the acquisition financing.  

Lasaygues advised Deutsche Bank, Société Générale and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as lead arrangers and original lenders, in connection with a landmark €620 million financing for DATA 4, whose ambition is to pursue its development strategy in Europe.
