On April 26, the SCPI ActivImmo, operated by Alderan, finalized the acquisition of a new warehouse: it is investing in Grand-Quevilly, in the heart of the Rouen metropolitan area, in the complex currently occupied by Ferrero, the manufacturer of the famous Nutella spread, which is very well established in Normandy.
