Stam Europe, a subsidiary of Corestate Capital, has announced the acquisition from Soremi of a 15,000 sqm urban logistics development project in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône, on behalf of the Highlands II joint venture.

This logistics park, designed by the Franc Architecture group and built by Ixim, will consist of two buildings and 11 cells to meet the needs of different types of companies. The complex, which is currently being marketed, will be delivered at the end of 2021 and will aim for Breeam Good certification.

Alexandra Vaquin, Investment Director at Stam Europe, comments, “This acquisition, in an established market just outside Paris, consolidates Highlands II’s investment strategy in urban logistics while enabling short-term value creation. ”

Including assets under promise and under exclusivity, Highlands II’s portfolio will consist of a dozen buildings totaling more than 100,000 sqm throughout France and will continue to expand with a total investment target of €250m in this asset class.
