Co-ownership and coronavirus: GRECCO’s recommendations
On April 18, 2020, the Groupe de recherche sur la copropriété (GRECCO) issued two notes concerning the holding of general meetings in the context of our health emergency.
The first note (recommendation no. 8, 18 Apr. 2020) deals with the holding of face-to-face general meetings during the covid-19 virus epidemic and after this period.
As for the second note (recommendation no. 9, 18 Apr. 2020), it deals with the holding of general meetings at a distance during an epidemic of the covid-19 virus and after this period.
