Lélia Penven

Partner

Lelia Penven joined the Notary Office Lasaygues in 2002 and was named notary  lawyer in 2016 and partner in 2019. Her areas of specialisation include the acquisition, transfer and financing of real estate assets (acquisition, sale and financing). In particular, Lélia has a large experience in the hotel business (business and walls).
Lelia Penven holds a Graduate Diploma of Notarial Law (University PARIS II, 2009) and a Graduate Diploma in International Business Law (University of La Rochelle, 2001). She qualified as a notary lawyer in 2011.
Lélia obtained the Chartered Surveyor qualification from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds the title of MRICS.
Before joining the Lasaygues, Lelia Penven worked for Alcatel China Investment.
A native French speaker, Lelia Penven-Sourice also speaks English.
