Coronavirus Ordinance of 22 April 2020: real estate component

In its “real estate” section, Order No. 2020-460 of 22 April 2020 deals with co-ownership, town planning, development and construction.

Ordinance No. 2020-460 of 22 April 2020 on various measures taken to deal with the covid-19 epidemic, OJ 23 April 2020 : (…) Article 1 Title II of the above-mentioned Ordinance No. 2020-304 of 25 March 2020 is amended as follows: 1° Article 22 is amended as follows: (a) In the first paragraph, the words: “during the period referred to in Article 1” are replaced by the words: “between 12 March 2020 and the expiry of a period of two months from the date of cessation of the state of public health emergency referred to in Article 1” and the words: “between 12 March 2020 and the expiry of a period of two months from the date of cessation of the state of public health emergency referred to in Article 1”, and the words: “between 12 March 2020 and the date of cessation of the state of public health emergency referred to in Article 1” are replaced by the words: “between 12 March 2020 and the expiry of a period of two months from the date of cessation of the state of public health emergency referred to in Article 1”. no later than six months after the date of cessation of the state of public health emergency referred to in Article 1″ are replaced by the words: “no later than eight months after the date of cessation of the state of public health emergency referred to in Article 1” (…)

Report to the President of the Republic on Ordinance No. 2020-460 of 22 April 2020 on various measures taken to deal with the covid-19 epidemic, (…) This order is issued on the basis of the authorization provided for in article 11 of Emergency Act No. 2020-290 of 23 March 2020 to deal with the covid-19 epidemic. It includes various provisions necessary to meet the need to adapt the regulations as a result of the measures taken to limit the spread of the covid-19 epidemic during the period of the state of public health emergency declared in article 4 of the same Act (…)
